Imagine...waking up to the jingles of exotic birds, stepping out into a lush green parcel, enjoying tasteful Caribbean infused cooking, appreciating picture-perfect sunsets and startling star-gazing. A place where you can simply go-slow or set your own pace to an unforgettable Belizean adventure. Cushioned on a 45 acre hillside plot in Western Belize and just 10 minutes away from San Ignacio town in the Cayo District, we're the perfect place for a peaceful and convenient stay. Our inn consists of 18 wooden cabins, a 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom house, an open-air dining area, full service bar, gift shop, a swimming pool with sundeck and mini cascade. Love flora and fauna? Great! We're encircled by orange orchards, palms trees, wild plants, exotic flowers carefully manicured and several species of birds and animals. Easily access most points of interests; Cahal Pech Mayan Ruin (The Place of Ticks), is a mere 15 minute walk from your cabin. Xunantunich Mayan Ruin (Maiden of the Rock), gives you a panoramic view of the Cayo District, part of Guatemala, the flowing Mopan River and is less than 10 miles away. Contact us to obtain details on additional points of interests around us. We offer daily guided tours to archaeological and ecological sites around and beyond the Cayo District. Activities that may be enjoyed during your stay at The Log Cab-Inn include (but not restricted) to: Canoeing, Horseback Riding, Cycling, Hiking, Birding, Swimming, Cave-Tubing and River-Tubing. We can arrange tours to other popular destinations such as the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, The Blue Hole, or a simple but exciting one day expedition to the 2nd longest barrier reef in our hemisphere! At The Log Cab-Inn, we are known for our rustic, comfy accommodations and personalized hospitality. We pay attention to details and do small things in a great way! |
